Shipping Protection
Unfortunately, package issues are a real part of modern delivery—especially theft. Recent industry and postal reports estimate that tens of millions of packages are lost or stolen in the U.S. each year.
Why do we offer this service?
Once a package leaves our facility, delivery is handled by the carrier. While most orders arrive without issue, occasional problems like loss or theft can happen, and carrier claims may take time and aren’t always approved—especially for theft-related cases.
What it cover?
Shipping protection provides replacement or refund support for orders that are lost or stolen during delivery.
How it works?
Shipping Protection is offered to all customers as an optional add-on at checkout. If something goes wrong, you can submit a request and we"ll help resolve it promptly. Resolution may include:
- A full refund for the covered item(s), or
- A replacement (same item if available), or
- An item of equal value
If you choose not to add Shipping Protection - that’s completely okay — it’s optional.
Whether you add it or not, our team is always here to help you navigate any delivery concern, but replacement or reimbursement for lost or stolen packages may depend on the carrier’s review and outcome.
Please note: Shipping Protection and the original shipping costs are non-refundable once the package ships.
