V-MAT allows users to post reviews about their experience through our social media pages and via their email address. By posting reviews through our social media pages, you agree that your review will be public and any person who has access to our social media pages and groups will also see the content of your review. We ask that you use caution on personal information you attach to any public platform. We will not be responsible for privacy lost from the reviews you posted to our social media pages.
In addition, if you provide V-MAT with any form of User Generated Content (“UGC”) via any method, you agree to automatically grant us an irrevocable and perpetual, non-exclusive, transferrable, fully-paid, royalty-free, worldwide license, by ourselves or with others, to use, copy distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, print, publish, republish, excerpt (in whole or in part), reformat, translate, modify, revise and incorporate into other words, that USG and any work derived from that USG, in any form of media or expression, in any manner in which V-MAT desires.
We may contact you via 3rd party software that assists us in gathering USG for subsequent publication for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media marketing. When you respond to that software via email, SMS, or other means of communication, you are giving V-MAT absolute freedom as to the subsequent use of any USG you provide.
Marketing Emails and SMS Messaging (Newsletters)
Email and SMS Messaging are the methods we may contact you for marketing purposes, including offers, bonuses, promotions, and products which we think may interest you. By submitting your email address and/or telephone number during order checkout, you are by default added to our newsletter list. For email marketing, you may untick the box provided below it. You may also subscribe to receive Marketing Emails by submitting your email address at the bottom of the website.
