REFUND POLICY

Returns

We’re happy to offer 100% refund (minus a $10 processing fee per item) for any item that you don’t find completely satisfactory. 

We provide an easy return process and pre-paid return shipping labels for U.S. delivery addresses in the continental 48 states (addresses in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada do not qualify for a pre-paid return shipping labels) within 30 days of delivery date

Please ship the item back at your earliest convince and no later than 30 days within receiving the item.

Exclusions apply for retunes or refunds:

  • Any shipping charges.
  • Custom orders.
  • Clearance - all clearance sales are final - no refunds or returns.
  • Samples - all sample sales are final - no refunds or returns.

 

Refunds

If you are shipping a return outside of the continental 48 states, please send us an email notification as soon as you would like to return the item. Please provide us with the order confirmation number. Item must be shipped back to V-MAT within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item needs to be unused and in new condition. It must also be in the original packaging.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund your purchase price a, minus $10 processing fee per item and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

  • Expedited shipping cost is not refundable.
  • Custom made products are not refundable.
  • Clearance - all clearance sales are final - no refunds or returns.
  • Samples - all sample sales are final - no refunds or returns.

 

Exchanges

We offer an easy exchange option for U.S. delivery addresses in the continental 48 states (addresses in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada do not qualify for free shipping or returns) within 30 days of delivery. It’s a hassle-free process so you can exchange for a different model, color or size.

If the new exchanged item is cheaper than what you have already paid for, we will refund you the difference.  

If the new exchanged item is more expensive than what you have already paid for, you will need to add the price difference.

If the new exchanged item is same price as what you have already paid for, we will send you the new item at no additional cost.

The new item will be sent to production within 3-5 business days from the moment the return item has arrived at our office. Once ready for shipping, it will be ground shipped at no additional cost.

V-MAT reserves the right to deny the exchange of any product.

 

Shipping 

If you are not eligible for free return, please contact us by email at info@vmathome.com to receive shipping instructions.

In this case, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

You are required to notify us by email with the return tracking number.

If you do not send us the tracking information and the item is lost by the carrier - you will not be eligible to receive the refund.

Defective or damaged product

We have high standards of quality control, but in an unlikely case of receiving a defective or damaged item, we’ll exchange it free of charge. Color variation or color description do not count as a defective product.

Please send to us a few photos as a proof of the flaw or the defective area to info@vmathome.com , and we’ll be happy to exchange it for you free of charge or give you a full refund including the shipping cost.

Samples are non-refundable.
