Refund Policy



We’re happy to offer you a 100% refund, excluding the shipping cost, for any non-customized item that you don’t find completely satisfactory.

Please send us an email notification as soon as you would like to return the product. Please provide us with the order confirmation number. Item must be shipped back to V-MAT within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a refund, your item needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Shipping cost, if applicable, is not refundable.

Custom made products are not refundable.

All clearance sales are final - no refunds or returns.



We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

If you received an item as a gift, you will need a receipt to process your exchange.

V-MAT reserves the right to deny the exchange of any product.



To return your product, please contact us by email at to receive shipping instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (we do not provide return shipping label). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

You are required to notify us by email with the return tracking number.

If you do not send us the tracking information and the item is lost by the carrier - you will not be eligible to receive the refund.

Defective or damaged product

We have high standards of quality control, but in an unlikely case of receiving a defective or damaged item, we’ll exchange it free of charge.

Please send to us a few photos as a proof of the flaw or the defective area to , and we’ll be happy to exchange it for you free of charge or give you a full refund including the shipping cost.
